Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar packed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box instant banana pudding mix 3.4 oz (96g)
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup crushed Golden Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • Stir in the instant banana pudding mix until fully incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Fold in the crushed Golden Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For extra banana flavor, add a mashed ripe banana to the dough. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. These cookies also freeze well—just thaw before enjoying!
