Ingredients
  

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 oz (96g)
  • 1 ½ cups cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
  • 4 large bananas sliced
  • 1 box vanilla wafers about 11 oz

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  • Fold in 2 cups of whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  • In a serving dish or trifle bowl, layer vanilla wafers on the bottom.
  • Add a layer of banana slices over the wafers.
  • Spread a layer of the pudding mixture on top.
  • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of pudding.
  • Top with the remaining whipped topping and garnish with crushed vanilla wafers and extra banana slices if desired.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving for the best flavor.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon or a drizzle of caramel on top. Use freshly whipped cream for a homemade touch. Best enjoyed within 24 hours to keep the bananas fresh.
